This opinion deals with the issue of the external debt of developing countries. It makes recommendations with a view to making Belgian and European policies on the management of the external debt of developing countries consistent with policies in favour of the Sustainable Development Goals. The CCPD-ABCO’s mission is to advise the Belgian government on the coherence of policies in favour of development.
