Arnaud Zacharie is the Secretary General of the National Centre for Cooperation and Development (CNCD-11.11.11). He is also senior lecturer at the University of Brussels (ULB) and at the University of Liege (ULg), as well as a scientific researcher at the Centre for Studies on International Cooperation and Development at the ULB and in the international relations research department at the ULg. He holds a PhD in Political and Social Sciences, and also has masters in multi-disciplinary European Studies and International Relations, as well as a degree in Communications Arts and Sciences. He has written several books and numerous articles on globalisation and development financing, including “The New International Disorder and the Reasons to Leave” (2005) and “Globalisation: Who Wins and Who Loses: Essays on the Economic Politics of Development” (2013).
