Oumou Ze is Coordinator of Research and Advocacy at the National Centre for Cooperation and Development (CNCD-11.11.11). She is highly educated in communications and international relations, with 9 years experience within the French coordination of international solidarity organisations. She has overseen partnerships across West Africa, including food and agricultural sovereignty issues from 2006 to 2008, borders and issues relating to migration and development, as well as Belgian Development Cooperation policies. She has been serving in her current capacity as Coordinator of Research and Advocacy since September 2013.
