Xavier Declercq is Director of Policy for Oxfam-Solidarity. Since 1984, he has worked for Oxfam Solidarity. He began his career as a project manager in the Central and South American Department. In 1996, he became the Director of Northern Operations for Oxfam-Solidarity, which includes coordination of all campaigning and advocacy activities within the organisation.
